Welcome to the Lovely Little Lorikeet FAQ page! We're here to answer any questions you may have about our children's clothing range and cozy hammocks for small pets. Shipping and returns

All our shipping is handled by Australia Post.

Orders over $100 are entitled to free shipping!

Regular Parcel Post - Flat rate $12 for all orders under $100. Delivery timeframe 2-8 working days.

Express Parcel Post - Flat rate $15 for all orders. Delivery timeframe 1-4 working days.

Sizing help

Children's clothing - Each product has it's own size guide, please measure your child and compare against the size guide. Please DO NOT use your child's commercial sizing as this is often quite different. If your child doesn't fit into any of the sizes given please contact me as I can usually customise the sizing to your child (e.g. tall and slender child).

Pocket pet accessories - please see the size guide for each product which will show the dimensions of each piece. In general, small sizes are suited to mice and small rats, medium to most rats and large to large male rats, guinea pigs and small rabbits.

Processing times

As all the products here at Lovely Little Lorikeet are made to order, I advise a 2 week turnaround for creation plus shipping times (dependant on Australia Post and shipping method selected). Once your products have been shipped you will be notified with tracking details.

There are a small select products that are in stock (mostly the "last of the best" rat hammocks). If you purchase one of these as well as other made to order items, they will all be shipped together.

Returns Policy

Although we carefully inspect each item before it is posted, if you find any fault, missing or incorrect items upon delivery please contact us immediately for help. For faulty and some incorrect items we request the item be returned. Once the faulty/incorrect item is received a full refund will be issued including postage.

Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind returns.
