Lovely Little Lorikeet was founded in 2022 after having much trouble finding well fitting, but practical, clothing for my own two children. I began creating durable but modern clothing that my own children can, well.. be children in! I decided to share this with you and have enjoyed every minute creating and designing children’s clothing.

In 2023 I added another component to my store - Pocket Pets! As a veterinarian I work with all kinds of animals, but pocket pets hold a special place in my heart. These little curious, intelligent critters have always been a part of my life and I am thrilled to be able to share my creations. For the most part I have kept pet rats, but my designs are suitable from anything from mice, rats, guinea pigs to rabbits (ahem, I mean “long eared guinea pigs” for those up North) as all have variations in sizing. Some people have even used my creations for birds!

My hammocks, bedding and foraging/enrichment toys have been tried and tested on my own mischief and only the best gets the tick of approval for my store. My designs are durable and withstand the test of time with curious rodents.
